The operating principles are simple:

In collaboration with your favourite retailers and merchants, Freedelity collects your personal data.
To make it simple, fast and efficient, you will normally be asked to insert your ID card in a Freedelity reader or to complete your data on an in-store terminal or to complete a form on a web page.
It's secured

Freedelity then checks if you are already registered in its file, as in the file of the brand in question.
- If this is not the case, a personal MyFreedelity profile is automatically created in your name in order to link your benefits to it and to register your registration to the club or loyalty programme of the retailer in question.
- If this is the case, you are invited to connect to your personal profile.
- Via your email address, you will be informed on how to access your profile on MyFreedelity and how to secure it with a password.
It's clever
3.
You are a member of the Freedelity file and holder of a MyFreedelity profile. You are now able to access your personal data at any time. Thanks to MyFreedelity you can:
- Consult your loyalty points
- Find your purchasing history in the shops concerned
- Find your gift vouchers and coupons
- Consult promotions and benefits reserved for members
- Consult, complete and correct your personal data
- Modify the permissions given to each brand or merchant to use your contact information for direct marketing purposes
- For certain brands, ask for an invoice or initiate the return of an item
