Here are the key stages in our wonderful story...

2023

1 January: Freedelity supported the integration of Mestdagh points of sale into the Intermarché network. Freedelity kiosks actively contribute to customer database integration.

Working together with SIRIUS Insight, Freedelity launched Dividuals, a new socio-economic and socio-demographic segmentation solution.

A successful joint project between Freedelity and the retail solutions provider for our mutual client Medi-Market.

Freedelity can now provide each active consumer with a personalised email summary featuring a monthly breakdown and overview of their benefits and expenses. This content is also available via the MyFreedelity portal and app.

Expansion of the Freedelity offer to enhance the digital interactions of consumers when they are at the checkout.

View the folders of your favourite retailers on your TV. First version of the MyFreedelity app specifically for Android TV users.

2022

A new “customer portal” module enhances the CustoCentrix offer. It has been successfully rolled out by Intermarché Belgium.

2021

Freedelity racks up 100 million sales.

MyFreedelity gave rise to a wealth of possibilities via the QR Code.

Launch of the new CustoCentrix website.

2020

Over 6 million unique consumers now use the Freedelity system.

Production launch of a major new version of the consumer portal under the MyFreedelity.com brand.

2019

Launch of CustoCentrix, which went on to become an internationally viable solution.

Launch of a major new version of the MyFreedelity mobile app, adding among other things the ability for its users to completely dematerialise the myriad loyalty cards stuffed into our wallets.

2018

May 2018: Entry into force of the new European personal data protection regulation (GDPR) The solutions developed by Freedelity proved to be a major asset in supporting the compliance efforts of both the retailers and the chains that use them.

2017

A new milestone was reached with no fewer than 4 million unique consumers.

2016

Freedelity recorded its 3,000,000th consumer.

2015

Freedelity reached its 2,000,000th consumer.

2014

Freedelity celebrated its first million consumers using the system via its partner network.

Launch of the first version of the Freedelity mobile app allowing consumers to view and monitor their personal data and reap the benefits.

2013

Other major brands adhered to the concept, helping to increase the number of consumer profiles managed within the Freedelity file.

Freedelity showcased its technological expertise by offering access to government portals via its eID on both the iPad and Android tablet.

2012

Signing of the first contract with a retailer with multiple outlets and first integration with a checkout system.

Design of the first terminals equipped with electronic ID card readers.

2011

FidelID SPRL became Freedelity SA.

World's first reading of an ID card on a tablet.

2010

Launch to independent retailers, starting with local merchants in the Belgian town of Nivelles.

2009

Creation of FidelID SPRL, the Freedelity file and the concept of sharing updates to personal data between merchants and retail partners.
